    Public Analyst Dr Duncan Campbell talks to historian Ruth Goodman about bread adulteration in Victorian Britain in the first of three documentary programmes broadcast on BBC2 on the 5th May at 8pm.  The programme is available from the BBC  until the 5th June 2015. The series,” Inside the Factory: How Our Favourite Foods Are Made” looks at the large scale production required to provide us with bread, chocolate and milk.
