Food Surveillance System for Scotland - 2004 data

The Scottish Food Surveillance System is a sampling database that allows food sampling officers in all of Scotland’s local councils to submit samples electronically through their partner laboratories to a central database held at Health Protection Scotland. All four Scottish Public Analyst Laboratories pass information to the system.

An article on the activity in 2004 was recently published in Health Protection Scotland's Weekly Report. A copy of this paper, in pdf format, may be obtained by following this internal link.
